FAQ
FAQ
Practical answers about collaborations, confidentiality, and delivery models.
How do engagements start?
Email contact@globalimpactadvisory.ma with your terms of reference or a short brief. We respond with a methodological note, indicative timeline, and team composition.
Do you work on-site?
Yes, our teams combine remote analytics with field missions across Morocco and partner countries, including enumerator training and supervision.
What sectors do you cover?
Education, health & social, employment & youth, gender & inclusion, agriculture & rural, environment & climate, governance & territory, economy & finance, digital & innovation, tourism & culture.
How is confidentiality handled?
We deploy strict data governance, need-to-know segmentation, and agreements aligned with institutional procurement standards.
How quickly do you acknowledge a new inquiry?
We acknowledge receipt within two business days. A short approach note and indicative timeline follow once objectives, data access, and governance constraints are understood.
What does independence mean in practice?
We document roles, potential conflicts, and analytical separation from implementation incentives when a mandate requires it, before fieldwork or sensitive data handling begins.
What is typically included in a deliverables package?
Usually a technical report, an executive summary for decision-makers, agreed annexes for indicators and data quality where relevant, and a workshop to align on implications and next steps.
Do you use subcontractors, and how are they supervised?
We sometimes partner with specialists (field teams, labs, subject-matter experts). Roles, quality criteria, and confidentiality obligations are set in writing and supervised by a named lead.
Which languages do you work in?
We routinely deliver in French and English; Arabic is used where field protocols and stakeholders require it. Reporting formats follow client requirements when agreed in the TOR.
How are fees and timelines typically structured?
We scope phases with clear milestones (design, field, analysis, reporting). Fees may be fixed per phase or time-and-materials within a capped budget, depending on mandate risk and data access.
